Compassions Index

The Imp’s of the imperial impetus, are looking for something to do and some one to patronise and harass. The pestilence that lacks the basic human qualities of compassion and understanding will be reviewing and policing and harrying the last bastion of the cream of humanity the carers, and if they don’t empty the bedpans, and tuck up the infirm and hug the dying with a smile on their faces, they will be publicly pilloried for this perceived oversight of the upheld ideal of the lame brained life police as they have so little to do and they must all be breeding like rabbits if they are filtering down the system and landing at the bottom of the heap. Harrying the bottom of the pile is a pot boiler situation that will just require a bright spark to ignite the tinderbox they have created.

The logic heads and their league tables, these modern day Nazis with their judgmental viewpoint that they are right and we all must prove ourselves continually and must meet with their expectations of how we should be, how we should behave and how we must all measure up to some mythical ideal that does not exist in life naturally anywhere. The Nazis won the war even if they lost the battles, they have infiltrated every aspect of daily life with their logic driven charts and optimum ideals that are to unrealistic to ever be realised. The brown shirt mentality of these tin pot dictators keep proving that they are the modern day reincarnation of the third riche. Stopping and searching people as they go about their lawful concerns and making them prove identity, purpose and status. Nothing wrong with that in a Police State but in a free democratic society doesn’t quite ring true with the figures now does it. The first formation of a police state is to be able to hold people and shut them away without charge, and anything can happen out of sight as we all know from history, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

These unfeeling and disconnected social outcasts and their artificial way of looking at the world and trying not to adapt themselves to the reality of our world, they try to impose their idealistic structures onto the rest of us. These minions of the lame brain lunacy of the left hemisphere logic heads are only the tools of their masters. Our elected public servants have all agreed at some level that our right to be considered innocent until proven guilty, is wasted on us. They have instituted a means to circumvent the rights of the individual and put the onus on the person to keep proving themselves to their moral police.

The unemployed are being harried to not just prove that they are looking for work but to prove that they are doing ‘enough’ as these judge jury and executioners opinions dictate. And they have the power to stop your payments as they see fit or if we speak our mind we will feel the wrath of their power. If someone is rude or belligerent and last time we looked rudeness is not illegal but they will haughtily punish us for up to six weeks, without having to answer to anyone for their actions, after all rudeness or belligerent is just wrong.

If these notoriously uncompassionate people choose to crack the whip the only people that we can take our case to is them. Wow what a perfectly rigged system they judge they review and they execute without the interference of any genuinely compassionate intervention. Just cold hard logic making judgments on emotional situations that they judge to be bad. This hang them high attitude is just a reflection of the attitudes of their elected masters.

The world is the way it is, the realities are undeniable and there is a group of unemotional, uncompassionate unfeeling people that are in positions of power running industries and trying to impose their ideologies on the world. The realities is that this sort of failed imposition has never succeeded and is certainly the greatest contributors to the underlying causes of this present world economic climate and failure of the bastions of the monetary systems of the world. Watching the media circus that is the present spiralling economic disaster is a bit like watching a car crash in slow motion.

It is past time that we took positive action against the present system that is responsible for the actions that have brought about the present situation. Their continued mismanagement of the present situation shows that they are no longer fit to rule and that under their own rules used against their own electorate, this penalising management system is fine for the guilty that have broken the laws of the land and have been proven to be guilty should be under this sort of probationary management. But the worker is not responsible for the employer, and the government have proven with their teacher training figures that even they cannot even get it right as to what the market will be like, probably, maybe should. All guesses and none of them right, as the evidence of the gamblers of the world is that guessing can appear to be right and appear to hit a streak, but luck can turn and crash and burn at any moment. The luck is in being able to stop while you are ahead. Good if you get it right and not if you miss your guess.

Its past time that disconnected systems that impose an order that is crushing people, stripping them of their rights, instead of the elected civil servants serving the people that pay their wages. Bringing living and compassionate systems into play that leave people with their dignity and humanity intact has to become the new order for the new world. Instead of persecuting people and ostracising people to the point that in exasperation they might become rude. Poke a cornered beast with a stick and don’t act surprised when they rear against the indignity of persecution.

When competition is viewed correctly it is a scaled down version of war, contention, conflict. The harrying of pestilence as it nips at the heels of the conflict. The deprivation of human kindness and the genuine compassion of the basic humanities is an enforced famine. The final point of the four pronged attack is the death of feeling and the raising of the red mist of the raging beast. The living dead are those that are only alive in their head, they lack all compassion, and are the most unemotive beings in creation.

These idiot that say they can rule and have our best interests at heart and its just a matter of time before they get it right after all they have only had a few centuries to solve the problems of modern life. So why is it that everything has cost more and prices are soaring and wages are being frozen an we are yet again being asked to tighten our belts, and bear up and cut back  Ah well the more it changes the more it’s a pain.

The Energy Crisis

A bank is a legally instituted body for money transactions and savings and loans, or at least that is one way to interpret what a bank does. The fudging of the lines began when building societies and cooperatives began their acts. Then just a few years ago the cash back on cards started in supermarkets and then the lines got even more hazy when insurances, loans and other types of financial services started to be offered at the shopping point, where transactions are processed.

Not to be outdone the power companies that used to favour pre payment cards, have in their words ‘in trying to crack down on fraud we are now introducing a key card system’, that old scapegoat, heard a lot about it but seen little evidence to back up the claims, do we really believe the trumped up charges in the falling crime rate in Britain. The evidence shows us that banks have been using unscrupulous methods against their own customers. Three days to commit instant electronic transfers where the credit is able to cover the transactions immediately. High risk investors loosing billions, and being allowed to chase bad debts, using clients money to earn interest on unsecured loans and high risk mortgages, selling them off to unsuspecting brokers after they have been re packaged. Throwing good money after bad and still making sure that their shareholders get their profits first and foremost and then robbing the public kitty, in a time when local authorities cannot afford to meat their commitments to public services and are cutting back because they cant afford them. The government in its wisdom will sacrifice refuse collection in favour of lending to the private sector mismanagers that couldn’t handle the money properly when they had it and before they threw it away in speculation, that’s gambling to anyone that need it explained.

Now into the market in a sneaky bid to directly bill us as they like when they like. The power companies are changing the meters to make remote readings a possibility, even with their previous bad record at guess readings and bad billing practices they think there is nothing wrong with that. With the new key card they can take our money at the source and completely clear any outstanding bill before your payment swill allow you to put credit into the meter. In real terms the defaulter at the moment can arrange to pay five pounds a week to any outstanding bill and still put ten pounds worth in to get power to live off. When the new arrangement is in place that will not be possible.

Having watched my power consumption in the summer and the winter, the electric cost more in the summer when we use less power and after another reading in the autumn the electric last longer and costs less in the winter when we all use more. As far as we are led to believe the costs of generating electricity does not fluctuate so is it a cash flow problem and now it takes a meter reading to be done, but when the new key cards are introduced across the board under the guise of fraud prevention they really will be able to extract cash at source and penalise the unfortunate defaulters.

The new meters will be able to be remotely switched off without having to gain access to the premises. So the judge the jury and the executioner will have total autonomy and can do as they please without having to apply to the eroding legal base for the rights to take some ones life giving energy away from them. They no longer need to seek permission to enter properties, they no longer need to pay meter readers and they can extract the full bill before you are allowed to have any power to live off. They have all proved by their actions that they cannot be trusted with this sort of power and the worst offence is to make it an automatic process by a ‘provider’ now there is a contradiction in terms.

David Davis stood up as one man but I think he will find that fate and public opinion will make him the man of the moment the lynch pin that turned a tide from the impersonal erosion of the law as arbitrator between the corporate machine and the human suffering it will cause as it churns along and forces people to take out litigation to bring them into check. We live in the land of ‘Big Brother’ and that isn’t the TV program and this isn’t entertainment. The voiceless men and women of this society will find that they will only have one course of action left and that will be when the ballot box comes out to solicit our proxy from the potential representatives of our rights at court. The only option left will be a no vote a massive abstention from the poles a country wide vote of no confidence in a system that we fund and pay for that does not serve our needs but is just an enforcement arm for the corporate entity.

After all they have a voting system that incorporated the No vote and the Yes votes and even the abstainers are counted. Yet we have an inclusive only system that ignores the majority of non voters in a so called democratic society that is under the impression that it is electing the majority into power. The silent majority still have the biggest majority and yet they have been ignored for centuries in this one set of rules for the elite and a reduced set for the inferiors. A two tier society and yet they vetoed a two tier vote on the EU. Double those standards and place your bets.

The circumnavigation of civil rights and civil liberties is further compounded by the growing autonomy of the corporate entity and its direct imposition of rules over laws and rights.

Careful who you give your power away to it may just come back to haunt you.

The Burden Of Proof

A mother lets her son travel three stops on the underground, six stops on a bus to travel from a department store to her front door and the world is up in arms. The boy travels by foot every day to and from school and that is an advertisement to all the literate paedophiles that follow the news. The actual public debate may have the effect of targeting the boy with its justifiable intrusions; after all we all have the right to know even if it harms the boy more than the incident.

A minority government manages to threaten, bribe and call in all of its overdue favours to bolster a failing leaders dictatorial need to show form to the electorate, and we will all have to live with the fact that this now means that ethnic groups are now ostracised by law, without any need for the state to justify its actions or even prove their suspicions. Incarcerating people without charge is after all a normal function for a de-mockery- cy. No self respecting dictator would ever want to shut people away without good reason now would they. Every self respecting decent democracy should be able to bully its own people to all chip in and play the game. To forcibly make the masses all contribute or else they will send round the firm.

In a country that claims to uphold the best standards of civil liberties and civil rights in the world, where one vote per person ensures that the majority elect is selected to represent the people that voted them into power. A dictatorial state cannot in theory ever happen here can it. Yet in a country that prides itself that we are all innocent until proven guilty the unemployed are being hounded to prove themselves without ever having a charge brought against them. In a destabilised and disintegrating market place, where for the last ten years the largest growth sector has been re-education or re-training and that all of the targeted growth areas have not realised their potentials.

The son of a preacher man is a closet dictator, a PC dictator is just another name for a people hater. After all a dictator has to have someone to boss about and to boss someone about is a statement in action it says:-

ü  One person in the situation feel they know better in a so called equal state where we are all born equal. And they altruistic and don’t make any money from the process.

ü  One person in the group feel that they know better for the group so that it will produce the outcome they desire, and everyone else should want what they want as an outcome. Shouldn’t we?

ü  Leaders of the world have all made this a better place, and have managed to abolish war, poverty, poor education, provide reasonable housing, abolished the need for enforced peacekeeping etc, etc, etc……………. They have got it right for two thousand years who are we to argue with that……

ü  Add your own below

The whole point about an elected leader is that they are empowered by our proxy to administer our will on our behalves. The warning signs are already there when the representative we actually voted in is replaced by an internal elected process, the new boy on the block feels that as he wasn’t elected into the power position and that that he has cart blanch to do as he pleases before he is forced to leave the stage by circumstances. After all nine is an overwhelming majority in a divided house. How come no one else can see that a house divided against itself is a ruin. Just another quirky story from the west end farce that is politics.

Nine is not a representative majority and the house of lords are not in the political beasts employ, but they may all be feathered from the same nest.

The whole thing is like the banks that give a good guesser a free hand when he is hot in the speculation market, and those recent misdemeanours can’t be seen as having any influence on the problems that contributed to the economic crisis we are all facing now, now can it. This cannot be compared to an unelected leader enforcing a change on this country because he knows better than all of the various expert advisors that he is surrounded by. No comparison at all really is there. And when we all consider it was a free and uninfluenced vote of like minded people that brought this great shame to here to the nursery ground of the concept of civil rights and liberties. After all how could a failing unpopular leader of the most unpopular party in this land ever get people to vote against their own better judgment. Couldn’t be that the system is so corrupt at all levels and that he has called in all of the favours owed to his party, no what a nasty thinking practice to think the worst of people before they get a chance to hear the charges and prepare a case in defence.

ü Cannabis experts, police advisors, community drug councillors and public opinion. A war in Afghanistan and the poppy is still getting out. Ineffective ineffectual couldn’t organise a piss up in an ale house brigade still blinkered and yet telling us they see clearer than we do.

ü The police advisors that stated we don’t need to detain without charge, as the longer a person is held the more of them turn out to be innocent. Civil rights activists and the great moral sense of the British people.

The truth be told we are only ever three degrees from disaster at any time in history, if the focus of our attention or the ragging from the press or current rumours is negative we tend to realise more disasters than successes. If we have a positive focus and a sense of confidence in the best outcomes we have more successes than failures.

The equation for the logic heads is this, if you take your highest hopes or expectations and you then take away your worst fears or least expectations about the outcome then whatever is left is what you will be able to realise. If pure logic held all of the answers then Terminal five would have run first time to expectations, weather systems would always be tracked avoiding loss of life and property. The new NHS computer system would have arrived on time and under budget after all they wouldn’t dare stretch it out to rob the public purse would they, oops that’s another bad thinking practice, to assume that industry and the private sector would view the public purse as a free for all brunch for the grant grabbers now that sort of thinking just wouldn’t do now would it. Banks wouldn’t do it, politicians wouldn’t bail them out and bill us for their failed systems. Projects wouldn’t be tendered out to the lowest bidders knowing that the tenders are unrealistically low and can never be realised, and so all contracts over run and are ten times more expensive than the fairy story tenders and bids reflect….. sorry …. Just woke up again must have dozed of into cloud cuckoo land.

Still here we are facing yet another public debate about civil rights erosion, why is this debate going on we have all surrendered our civil right and forfeited our right to being considered innocent till proven guilty, what do you mean. Well the unemployed are now being spot checked not just to see if they are looking for work but to see if they are doing enough to find work. They now have to prove their case to an out of touch employee of the state. They are not being charged with fraud but they are being treated like the guilty party and the government has gotten around this civil right by using a private sector style company interface. No government can be seen to deny its people a fair trial and a legal representation and now they can ignore these rights by targeting the most defenceless of the peoples of this land. Falling jobs markets, failing industries and the expected backlash from The USA still to come and the squeeze is on. With all of the gas bagging going on it will just need a spark to set of the long delayed Guido Fox tinder box to finally take down the house of liars and tin pot dictators.

From the house of David a giant slayer has stepped up to the line and has with a single slingshot struck the failing leader in the failing light and has taken his sight with an unprecedented act of selfless, outrage for the common mans plight. It may well be to little to late what with public surveillance being misused by the public servants to snoop and peep into real lives for misdemeanours that in no way come close to their own transgressions on our sacred and unalienable rights that a proud historic document that is the bedrock of this land, was dismissed by the blind fool that said history has no place in the making of our future, and so the Magna Carta was consigned to the rubbish heap just days before its anniversary. Cant imagine why Gordon Brown and every one else will stay away from this by election after all the question has been raised, the sacrifice of one political career is on the alter and it may well have the phoenix effect of resurrecting David Davis as a new civil rights champion if the will of the people are the flame that will temper his steel. Then we may all witness the fear in the establishment as they run with their tails tucked between their legs and they just sit in the half light baying at the moon.

So if we the lowest of the low the great modern day unwashed and unemployed must be held to account and the burden of proof is on us to relinquish our rights to a corporate body that has final say about our welfare and can exercise laws to back up their actions. Why is the highest of the land the nations leaders still exempt from this form of scrutiny, performance related vetting by an independent body seems a fair trade off, having to show sound reasoning to bring unpopular changes to the laws of the land, and the ability to detain without proof anyone that is suspicious either by actions deeds, or intentions to harm the masses. Having to produce good financial models for the future growth of this counties economic inheritance, make them only bring forward cost effective tendering that budgets for the realities of the rip offs that the building sector has been guilty of for the last forty to fifty years.

Single parents got it, the youth of today the so called hoody generation. It is so easy for the establishment to pick on any sector as the biggest squanderers of precious resources and as any magician will tell you if you misdirect the focus of attention away from the real crime a scapegoat can easily be found. The new sacrificial animals are the unemployed. But do they squander more money than a new NHS computer system say, or more than it costs to build a new house of parliament for an outlying district of England say. Or a Millennium Dome, Or a London Eye,  Or more than it costs to wage a war against countries that have weapons of mass destruction say. Or are they responsible for selling off the NHS hospitals that are not making a profit to the private sector. How does a non profit publicly funded enterprise ever get made to try and act like a profit making entity and when it so obviously fails to do so, how can they then justify the selling off of the goods, and just when do we get our shares back after all we all paid for it not the biggest squanderers of resources this world has ever know. Just what was our attention on when that con went down. Just who is the burden of proof on now and do they have anything else left up their sleeves as they misdirect our attention all over the place.

Watch the smoke and the mirrors. Something is about to vanish before your very eyes, the very last of your ever diminishing civil rights and civil liberties. Because you just cant keep your eye on the ball. While the burden of proof is now on us and not them. After all the last vote they took the final count was the No’s were only nine less than the yes’s. In a ballot that would never have been a win at a pit head it would have just been to close to call. But wait a minute in a ballot the No’s don’t have a say either do they. If the abstainers and No votes were all counted there wouldn’t be a majority in just nine votes. To busy counting the yes’s to see the obvious flaw in the count. That is misdirection at its subtlest.

All Washed Up

Another horrendous natural event has happened and the speculation is rife, sonar industry, currents, shortage of deep water fish. Nearly an entire pod of dolphins twenty six so far were beached in inland waterways and not on coastal beaches. Whales sometimes do this for no apparent reason in much smaller numbers, but this horrendous spectacle is just as inexplicable and no less a mystery no matter what the speculators squawk about, before the facts can corroborate a thing.

Why do people speculate if we look at how the media speculate on outcomes, its because of the short term memory of pre incidence, and they can all claim that the broke the incident and ‘reported’ it prior to the final proof being ‘found’. Well banks try to out guess the markets and even governments try to speculate trends, we all try and stay ahead of the moment and only ever remember the successes. It’s not just the so called mediums and soothsayers that claim this domain as their own.

The dolphin incident, the after shocks of earthquakes, the unexpected river floods in china, Greece nearly burned to the ground and more recently had a terrible earthquake. It beggars belief that some groups of people still back guessers and will part with money to leap on their advice. The thing with guessing is the amount of failures are all consigned to room 101, the mind is focused on the successes, and they are all magnified in retrospective memory as the failures fade. Monks the modern day embodiment of pacifism being involved in anti oppression demonstrations and being brutalised by control freak governments. A military government that cannot organise to aid its own people and allows over a hundred thousand to perish rather than do anything themselves, they even allow their own paranoia to block world aid efforts and all of it flying in the face of accepted reason and good sense.

World confidence in the commercialised economy has finally reached the critical mass point in the west, as banks are going to the wall, at the hands of their employed guessers getting it wrong, and these institutions have proved that even they will chase the losses just like a gambler in denial chasing the greedy deal that turns it all around, and even though that can happen it is not the trend or even a high probability of the kinds of repeatable incidents of life. It is the long shot and you would think that banks who have foreclosed on defaulters for centuries because people will hold out to the bitter end rather than try and deal with the debt and manage the payments but will stubbornly hold out against good sense for the long shot to pay off, and the banks all grew rich on the back of this poor reasoning of the masses.

People were all getting into the property market because they all believed the hype that they would be better off and it would help insure their future, well if we look at the amount of elderly parents that have had to sell their properties of to pay for sheltered or care homes. The amounts of families, and every one has at least one set, of either elderly parents or grandparents, will know the hard facts better than any so called reported facts that spew out of the media mouth pieces. With so many having worked all their lives to scrimp to pay off soaring mortgages and rigged fluctuations in interests repayments on soaring mortgage repayments, the survivors of the failed insurance policy mortgages. The lucky winners that have managed to run this gauntlet of misadventures and have survived have run their bodies down and are now suffering from the so called ravages of old age, cant be the ravages of continuous grafts and the pressures of life from the pestilence of the continuous barrage that we all face each and every day from the onslaught of modern demanding life. The final indignity is in the twilight of our years the final fleecing by care homes, is bringing the message home to so many families and they can see that it isn’t worth the effort as the biggest majority would have been in the same boat if they had just paid rent and would actually be healthier and probably happier if the state had been forced to maintain its own housing, if they want us to live in their world why are we continually fooled into thinking that if we contribute we will benefit. Well the aftermath of any disaster the final word is the post mortem. The hype says one thing and the facts say another thing entirely.

The current trend in the down turn in house buying while banks curbing funding as many new mortgages is worrying. The death of three young men in the current middle east crisis and the total reaching one hundred is worrying, but it does stop us thinking about their losses by comparison, and we did invade them, would we put up with that sort of intrusion if the shoe was on the other foot. Misdirection from speculation, flag waving and pomp and circumstance is an old form of the old smoke and mirrors routine. Keep them guessing and they won’t see it coming till it’s to late.

The most worrying thing I heard today is that the governing bodies that oversee education have warned a certain amount of schools that if they didn’t get the grades they would be closed. So education will suffer for a generation of kids because the schools don’t get the grades. The average worker need to be able to read and write, have a reasonable level of numeracy and have good logic and reasoning skills, just how does a little bit of paper figure into the equation. Its yet another burocratic cock-up in the making and we all know better than let these idiots close schools that are providing the basic level of education that is still necessary last time we evaluated the whole process. They cannot close schools without providing a viable alternative for the kids while they all cause chaos just because of the lack little bits of paper. Illiteracy is already a problem in Britain without these idiots compounding the problem. Makes you wonder where they get their rational from as they keep calling either heads or tails and it’s us that suffer as they speculate and gamble with our lives and resources. So in a climate that is stressing how wasteful we are with food, isn’t closing schools that teach and keep kids in the program better than nothing or overcrowding already over pressed neighbouring schools. Just who will bear the final cost of this deep cut philosophy of ‘all or nothing’ and to hell with the cost, well just for those that may take this action hell doesn’t pay up, its extracting payment in torment sound familiar anyone..

The initial highly emotive report that twenty six dolphins were inexplicably killed in a freak incident is one face of the horrendous news item, but the other news in the incident is that there were over seventy mammals involved and that more than forty survived through human intervention. While some people just report the incidents there are always more people directly involved at the sharp end of incidents and the facts always take time to filter through the speculators cross talk and mindless chatter of the monkeys that sit on the sidelines chattering.

The Final Cleanup

Ask a woman about the clean up jobs after a man says he is going to do something, make something or fix something then just, take a moment to look at who actually does the clean up after Mr Fixit has donned his super person disguise. The truth be told well after a man has spent his energies in getting the job done he will leave the clean up to his apprentice and because he has or does he will only ever think about the task and how to do the job, and he will explain if asked that a job is ninety percent preparation and ten percent action. Now just ask a woman and she will tell you that a task is forty nine percent planning two percent action and forty nine percent clean up, because no woman has a skivvie to clean up after them.

The fact that this country’s government berates tyrants that undermine civil liberties and will empower its armed forces to liberate oppressed peoples is what they would like us to think of them. Iraq has an occupational force, while Burma does not, China is occupying a country against the will of the people in Tibet, and In fact the real incentive for the west to enter Iraq is being seen in the oil crisis and the stock exchanges of the world.

We managed to get rid of a dictatorial dynasty when we replaced monarchy in favour of an elected government as a democratic representation of the will of the people…..

Well that’s another fine fairytale as well. In a democratic vote if it is to represent the will of the people it cannot ever disregard the no votes or the abstainers. The house of commons has a voting system that fully reflects the complete vote of the nominated members. Yet when we vote the abstainers are the voting majority, and the common excuse is that the voters are just too lazy disenfranchised, or are ill informed, you know that old excuse used to cut some ice some time ago but in this day and age, when our elected servants are stooping to snooping on us, using private sector buffers to help them circumvent our legal and civil rights, they ignore opinion poles, ignore expert advisors and are keen to use force and coercion on certain sectors of their own electorate. One man one vote, the so called democratic way an electorate that reflects the true majority of the people.

If the House of Commons ever has sixty percent of the vote abstaining that is a vote of no confidence, now the elected bullies would have to step in to whip the fringes into line, coercion from the system foundation that will not allow the people to see the fractures in the system. They will bully the rebels and will keep them all locked in to maintain the system as they will it. Not very democratic, if the collective will is they do not support the system then it should empower a review system that is independent of the ruling body. As they couldn’t be trusted to simply look out for their own interests now could they, just take a look at their history, it’s all a matter of public record for decades. No government since the beginning of the system way back in the annals of history has ever been cost effective, ever delivered their promises or even fulfilled their manifestos, and they never will. Local authorities are the worst money managers in history and central governmental systems have always kept them poor and held strict controls on their ability to raise capital locally.

What should we be able to expect to receive from our elected servants, that they should learn to listen to our collective will should go without saying. That they should all be cost effective and accountable to an independent body that reviews their spending and effectiveness as a collective body not at the party level which would be exploitable through the relative biases. They do expect us to be cost effective and to be answerable to the elected governing bodies. Making a stab at building a sense of fairness for all our sakes especially under the world view of the media glare, is fast becoming a living (west end) farce. This should first off all be a voluntary system, if we don’t agree with the system and don’t vote, how come they still feel they can still demand money with menaces, legal pressure, seizing goods and other forms of coercion. If we hold back the cash long enough they will be the ones brought into line when they realise they are flogging a dead horse. Without our willing cooperation they cannot proceed. The power of your vote has its greatest strength in not being exercised. The alternative is more of the same redressed in a suit of new colours and wrapped up in a new manifesto of modern day unrealistic myths.

Why should people vote for a system that takes the money with menaces and supports an elitist structure and does not reflect the will of the people? When these people have traditionally given themselves pay rises that are astronomical compared to their party faithful the public sector workers. The great elite of society the public servants,  well that old myth is having a serious knocking today, with the resurgence of strikes to enforce their power holds on certain civil leashes an ancient echo of the struggle of the frustrated historical figure king of the working man Arthur Scargil. That frustrated politician took on a government and lost and caused irreparable damage to the social level of the working mans world by breaking the power of the unions. The whole battle took place on the very public stage of the early days of heavy media coverage. When the world was under the relatively new microscopic view of the one eyed monster, but ask any other country today about the incidents and players then and most of the world will not be able to name them or recall the incident. The most likely response would be a basic shrug of mild disinterest at any questions about the whole pantomime period.

Ask the general world populace now about world event and event the youth of today will know more about world events and players like the recent democratic bull run that ran the length and breadth of the USA, cost an absolute fortune and were two party members doing a turf war, just for the privilege of taking on the opposition. The misunderstood black man versus the downtrodden woman, she was publicly degraded by yet another man of substance and power, not being able to resolve his difficulties and resorts to betrayal. And the public vote didn’t reflect the expected public sympathy for this superior woman that has publicly shown that she can forgive a wayward man. Not to unusual in the female psyche though is it after all most women are the ones that will relent for the kids, the investment of time or money etc.

Again we are looking at a blame driven mechanism that is imposing an imperial stance on its masters, and the elected minority are penalising the majority of people that do not buy into a system that does not represent them or their needs, taking the unpopular line is not the stance of an effective representative collective it is just the tail trying to wag the dog.

The clean up process may take another two or three generations, for the quick fix and short term solution brigade have done to much damage to the collective view of the political process for it ever to regain a strong footing in the future, after all with over two thousand years under its belt it hasn’t got the process right yet, and that goes more so for any religious body that presumes it can govern any better, just look at the ayatollahs, the so called Jewish state. Force and rule are still imposed even by the so called morally superior. Just what are we paying for and just how much longer can we all be expected to subsidise the systems shortfalls, and be expected to keep bolstering the private sector failures out of the public purse. And how come they are getting grants and payments and are not expected to pay like their pricey systems say we have too, after all it all works so well doesn’t it.

Let’s all get our brushes and shovels out and our cleaning products and keep them at the ready for the facts are becoming blaringly obvious that this system is unable to become self sustaining and stop leaning on its parental pillars. The infrastructure is in a spiralling decay. Logic systems just never deliver, just look at the terminal five fiasco, the new computer system for the health service and the delays that are inherent in this are the same that were there for the bids for the Olympics, the millennium eye, the Scottish parliament building. Banks that cannot run financial systems with centuries of experience to pull on, and have to face financial collapse as a viable option in the present system that we with the pound in our pockets don’t pay to make work. The list is endless and the mistakes are never learned from and the process reverts after every new fiasco. So stand by your beliefs and get ready to put your shoulder to the wheel to again avert disaster, pay for it in daily sacrifices, pay for it again through your collective pockets in contributions and again penalised by local authority errant trapping to bump you yet again, and the whole process will not learn and grow but will be back in dire straights within the next decade if history is a real guide to anything its that they never learn and we never learn, that they never learn and here we go again. Look out it’s behind you, no it’s in front of you, no it’s never going to change. The more it changes the more you believe it must what a winning ticket for the unscrupulous greedy enterprising opportunist of the new politically minded new age grabbers and bandwaggoners.

Any volunteers for the next great aftermath cleanup of the new millennium cock-up of the decade, that is still to come. Just sign the pledge below.

I ………. Swear to give till it hurts to pay for every mistake that my elected servants bill me for as I wholeheartedly support them and believe in their unerring ability to make the best decisions on my behalf and to never over bill me for the privilege of paying to keep things like, keeping the failing banking systems afloat against the facts and evidence that this hugely unworkable system can support the whole of the world and make the masses like me free from the oppressions of paying through the nose for every mistake the professional liars cost us at every turn.

Yours gullibly ………….

When you think of the American flavour of democracy isn’t it odd that it appears to be built on an unspoken declaration of dependence rather than what it says on the tin…………..

The Tightening Belt

The puffin populace in Scotland has fallen by a third over the last four years. The logic loonies say its down to ‘Global Warming’ isn’t it convenient that this collection of limited imaginations have a catch all excuse ready to hand to save them having to try and join up the dots. And it upholds the money raking paymasters need to enforce a new contributions scheme, what with manufacturing falling off as it obviously is, that they regularly commission the lobotomised loonies considered opinions about things is just another demonstration of the nepotism of the clique.

In Glasgow the seagulls have moved into the city and most nights you can find quite a high population of birds dive bombing the pedestrians on Sauchiehall street. As they swoop down on the rubbish which is mostly food waste from the many food outlets and restaurants in the district. Are the fish that scarce in the Clyde that they are all moving inland to fill the hunger. The tall buildings all must just look like cliff faces to the rural gulls, and the street is like an estuary.

The litmus test of the day is still the wildlife. Just look at all of the reports of animals and their exoduses from disaster areas just before the crisis strikes. Seagulls have been following tractors for the last forty years as coastal farmers can testify to. It can’t be the scarcity of fishing stocks now can it. No Global warming is a nice little earner more likely than the truth which can’t be exploited and might even cost us more than it already has to put it right. In the wild de-population happens from loss of a dependant food supply or a shift in the balance of the ecology and the time it takes for the survivors to adapt to a new food source or acclimatise can take several generations in the culling process to take effect. The gull has adapted well, the puffin may just be a little slower.

Global warming is a hot topic no doubt about that, food prices and shortages are a hard fact of life. The credit crunch has come from the so called housing market crash, it of course doesn’t have anything to do with the amount of houses in the last decade that have been destroyed by the sustained weather fronts that still continue to ravish the world. An enormous amount of voters are now in the unhappy position that they are now left paying off a debt and they no longer have the property they are still paying for. Can’t imagine that having any bearing on the subject at all. The mockery of the old saying that nothing is as safe as houses takes on a whole new meaning with a new climactic front establishing itself in the world today.

A symbiotic or sympathetic echo of this is happening in the new flood belts that are emerging in this country, cant imagine that having any affect at all just look at how slow the insurance providers responses are, which is a legal compulsion in this country and it would seem logical to assume it has a similar requirement in America. The aftermath of hurricane Katrina in the deep south has compounded the injury more than any other thing in the recent past, just like the impossibly slow response to the flood hit districts in this country, by the lack of provision for new flood defences, a costly exercise for local authorities that have reduced their services and have raised their bills stating its all going on maintenance, when we have witnessed more housing stock sales than any other decade. Makes you wonder just where the money is going, well it cant all be going on public sector pay now can it, after all there have been no lay offs in that sector while industry is again streamlining its wages, versus storage, versus delivery costs equation for the umpteenth time in the last four decades.

The facts are that so called experts opinions all depend on who is picking up their tab. The facts can and are regularly doctored (what an appropriate term) to reflect the views of the people that commission the findings. And through the very kind legal loophole devices the private sector have learned to place dummy companies, subsidiaries and other sorts of blinds as stalls as it can take some time until the facts come to light as to who was really behind the so called research. And by that time the deal has been struck the grants have been awarded and who cares about your knowing now they did what they set out to do. And does it really matter to anyone that we will all be the ones left to pick up the final bill if these short term grabbers have there way now. They will all be long gone by the time the brown smelly stuff hits the revolving cooler blades.

The natural order managed to balance the world order for thousands of years and just look what we are achieving in just centuries and each new decade brings even greater destructive power out of the inner sanctums of the new age alchemists. If we balance the progress we have actually made against the costs in the long term, that are still to be met and the ruling powers are all running using delaying actions that prevent the full disclosure of events for decades. Logic in the extreme, that’s when logic isn’t balanced by level headed reasoning, good old fashioned good sense, will tip into lunacy if left unchecked, look at the present wave of political correctness gone wrong to see the lack of reasoning in just such a minor discrepancy, between the unemotive people in this world and their obsessive compulsive disorder for control and repeatable form versus true understanding. No need for therapy there then is there. Unlike the the true living people of the earth.

On the other hand are the over emotive irrational fear brigade with their overdeveloped neurosis of everything including their own shadows. The end result of not having a well rooted idea is the free forming morass of change and spontaneous divergence. Things will begin to look reasonable from any angle and confusion will reign.

If logic is the bones of man then reason is his flesh, a soul of understanding lets them both mesh.

A logical device like a planted organism will develop and procreate in its own predisposed manner. Nothing will happen to the seed that is stored. When planted a tropical organism will die in an arctic environment and so the reasoning for the good sense that should accompany the logical progression of seed to seed procreation is the environment and the location.

Can we as rational people afford to at this time in the world history to allow ourselves to listen to a prejudicial blame device that keeps lumping every ail in the world under the two pronged catch all banners of ‘global warming’ and ‘the credit crunch’ kind of them to label them so innocuously.

Lets ignore the evidence of history and not take into account this planet has gone through tropical periods and whole and complete ice ages in its formative periods. The stability of the climate is periodically a truism to, we have enjoyed a relatively peaceful existence with a relatively stable climate for centuries before the advent of the present planet raping material guzzling modern day life raised its ugly head. None of these halcyon days have been without great natural disasters, volcanoes, tidal waves and earthquakes. Storms and tempests have also been with us since time began. There is nothing new in what is happening in nature just these days instead of going along to the local shrine and making an offering we have scientist to explain it all for us, and yes they will deliver a baddie to blame. And it’s just a coincidence that it reflect the new money grabbing policies of the so called democracies of the world.

Funny how reason would suggest that a consensus of opinion would reflect, the majority view, and yet the dictator of the day is ignoring the masses and is sticking to his fear driven course of action to keep a ‘peace keeping force in public pay when crime is so easily dealt with when people feel validated and feel like they belong and that things are running smoothly and fairly crime drops of just look at the figures in Switzerland, Norway and Sweden.

Naively we all tend to think that if we agree with the system then we buy into it and contribute to it and if the majority do then it will be a self perpetuating device. If the majority don’t and withhold payment the timing of this would work best say when the prisons are all overcrowded, the legal system is overrun and there are not enough police to arrest every one that does not contribute, no wonder Brown is still trying to reclassify cannabis because if the drug figures for the real dangerous drugs are revealed and the falling crime statistics are taken into account, then with the paranoid rulers fear of collapse needing a strong public order presence, to enforce their need for control, you may just find your leader taking a course of action that is contrary to informed expert oppinion. Ignoring the very people you are supposed to serve (yes they are public servants getting uppity with their bosses) and that could be fatal to any career.

Without drink related crime and this includes all of the most violent crimes, without traffic enforcement, and the drug trafficking the police would be defunct obsolete. After all they didn’t manage to save a little girl from the inevitable even when they were informed before hand that she was being stalked and was assaulted. The police as a preventative force is a modern day myth. They have proven that they are ineffective without informers, and that when it comes down to good police work it is nearly always the intervention of good luck rather than any great ability at deductive reasoning that wins the day, just look at the long unsolved cases lists to see the facts. They tool up and provoke incidents, and keep them in the public eye. The evidence is we should concentrate on clean up and make offenders face their victims, a stronger presence is not needed the majority of people and that is at least ninety nine out of every hundred, uphold the law, believe in it and don’t need to be scrutinised and made to prove themselves for the minority of peoples misdemeanours. It would be interesting to commission a detailed investigation into how many police investigations are failures, after all we only hear of the successes and scant few of them as it turns out, just how else can they be spending their time, looks like it’s a lot of tiddlers getting thrown back compared to the rare big fish being hooked.

The writing is on the wall and the inevitable collapse can only be staved of not averted. The oil crisis will have the effect of removing most of the worlds private vehicles of the roads. Ending the need for money raking devices aimed at the private driver. Just cant see them making much headway penalising big companies that already have the tacographs, and roadside testing in place, they would crush vital industry. If alcohol laws are reformed and club licences are brought into line with public opinion, crime will go down. Without a force that can subdue public protests and unrest from difficult quarters. The governing body that is the minority elect will have to face joe public bare faced and answer for their wrongs just like the rest of us mear mortals.

No longer able to reflect the will of the people, and being deprived of legitimate means of raising wealth from the pockets of the hapless, what’s a respectable extortion racket to do. Got to pick a pocket or two blue.

Why is it that if you ask the ruling bodies for an opinion it is always accompanied by cautions and provisions and limitations, and doesn’t that say more about their mindset than any other political device that they try to pull over on us to keep themselves in power. And they are nothing at all like China, Burma and Zimbabwe, they don’t take the money knowing that they cannot ever deliver what they promise, they would never knowingly use the media to whip up a concern that the system is needed more now than at any other time in the worlds history. They would never be seen appealing to the world stage to state their cases even though their actions are just hardening the populaces attitudes to the lie machine that is attached to governing bodies. The revolving physicians are on the ropes with their rhetoric falling on more and more deaf ears.

The very people responsible for the present and continuing mess are not accountable for their actions unlike the our great British democracy, that does not erode civil liberties, coerce people with threats of menace, to possessions, liberty property or life. If they don’t do as they are told. This is after all the fairest society in this misshapen ball of dirt in this northern hemisphere of the globe. Can any government actually claim and prove that it is in fact representative of the elected majority in this world today. And who will they commission to undertake the study for them eh.

Piles of Stock

There just are not enough hectares on the planet to generate the biofules necessary to run the present system as it stands with so many car owners, and all of the white products that the west has just takes the whole sorry ideal out of the reach of the slow production methods of present day farming. The food and product transportation will become absolutely essential in the early days of the change over, and this will need fuel management the likes of which this world has never seen before. Private transportation should all become hydrogen, chip fat, and electric driven and if the small fart in a tea cup ever gets better production even methane. All transportation and distribution mediums should be the sole recipients of mass biofules.

When either rationing or the world pricing structure has their inevitable effect of killing the private automotive industry, this is one of the first hurdles that we will have to face. Roads will still need to be maintained if goods distribution is kept on the ground. We could now build barrage balloons/dirigibles resurrect canals for transportation with modern materials and knowledge this isn’t as far fetched as it might seem. Hopefully these will be electric assisted using solar and wind power and as they could use wind power as a perpetual top up. I wonder when the dead heads will start to use generation devices that utilise the fly wheel or gyroscopic action, coupled with a gear system this could reduce the strain on hand cranking, to enhance regeneration.

Then the powers that be will have to start to stock pile reserves before the handover to ensure that everything is taken care of. A system of just in time management will have to be designed against for this sort of last gasp delivering is just a price hiking tool used by industry to over inflate its costs.

Commercial flights will have to move over to the gas bag technologies or learn to incorporate the three forms of lift flight in one craft.

There is a view that when Britain is suffering hardship the community that has drifted starts to reform under the shared deprivation. The idea that we have never had it so good is fast becoming a thing of the past. The unexpected by products of the present world shortages and price wars is that Britain’s obesity problems will soon become a thing of the past, fuel prices will make commuting to work a public affair once again and the train and public transportation networks will become the only way for the lowest paid to get to work and have a break. Flying will again become downsized as the numbers are first of all priced out of the privilege, fuel will be for the delivery methods only, and baggage will become a single hand held bag as industries use baggage holds as short flight small cargo delivery to subsidise income.

The strangest sight we may see is in the early days is large cargo haulage done by means of teams of horses pulling barrage balloons carrying heavy loads suspended just a few feet of the ground as they are pulled from destination to destination along practically unused motorways. If this sort of thing ever shows up in the early days it will just prove that we were not prepared and this drastic means is a last resort when you consider the advantages of an electric vehicle could pull long trains of these suspended weights and at a faster pace than any team of horses could. It would require a method of circumnavigating the flyovers and overpasses that exist at this time, the headroom is not enough to clear the bridges. But if we could devise locks for barges I am sure the clever will find a means to keeping the traffic flowing.

It has never ceased to amaze us that what this government wants it never veers from course and will find ways of circumnavigating negative public opinion to dictate its will. So be warned before they start their next round of campaigns to soften ingrained attitudes to nuclear provision. The argument still remains the same, when they clean up production processes to produce negative waste methods we can talk about it again, until then tighten the rains on all development to include waste management and processing and clean up production methods to provide no waste.

When science and governments prove to us that they can organise the proverbial piss up in the brewery then we just might let them progress onto bigger things. Untill then you will forgive us if we still just judge you on your previous shoddy records, and don’t think hiding behind a different coloured badge will save you.

Baby steps first and no panic measures just to keep this plodding monstrosity that is society from collapsing under the strains of an overburdened and poorly maintained infrastructure, let us all take the weight and be prepared to make changes and sacrifices for the greater good. When we are working as one, and when we have a true majority elected by a fair, proportional representation system, that actually takes into account the no votes. Then one day we might just be grown up enough to handle the big power debate.

A Primal De-Mocker-acy

The whole idea of a democracy comes from the belief that one man one vote, the parties all promote their policies and they are elected by the majority of the vote. Well in this society only forty percent of the voting populace actually votes. And that is the majority voting by abstaining with a ‘No’ vote. But the system is run by the minority of the populace the, public sector workers, trade unionists all vote as they believe that they can make a difference, we all know better than that now don’t we.

It is hard to believe that in a governmental body their own ballot system takes into account the No votes as well as the Yes votes, that we are left with a rigged system that only takes into account the yes votes. This does not reflect the majority vote or opinion, it only reflects the views of the bribed faithful.

So bribery for the public sector workers will work and Brown isn’t to far off the mark with his ‘New’ approach to bulling the herd, just keep handing out the candy man.

When an elected government is swept into power with say forty three percent of the actual voters, that’s about eighteen percent of the populace, and that is all that’s needed to get a minority policy wish list into the seat of power. Because no government has ever delivered its full manifesto to the voters ever, some have managed about a quarter in their terms, but none have ever fulfilled their promises or wish lists to date.

So we are governed by an opt in system therefore making all opt out systems against the grain of the power bases established con rule. One in the eye for all those spin hackers doctors. But the blatant facts don’t support the notion that we are in a democracy, the facts suggest that we are indeed a dictatorship that is aware of its tenuous grip on the national purse and they are not above bribery, isn’t it odd that bribery comes right before corruption. Well handing yourself a huge public sector pay rise while telling the minions they can fight for a pittance is a slap in the face for the faithful voters. Contemptibly corrupt is the advent of power and absolute power will eventually seek absolution from its electorate. The neurotic need for control comes from the fact that the elected governments of the last four decades have all been elected from the minority end of the spectrum in a rigged ballot that does not reflect the will of the people. The majority still vote with their feet, and in this rigged game they all choose to stay away in droves.

This government went tut tut at the rigging that went on in Zimbabwe, the same for the junta that lets life die to preserve its power base and ensure that its rigged election go ahead without interference. The price in human suffering is astronomical when we all consider that the stakes are the neurotic need for control. China is being wooed by the western lights and is on a mission to achieve good favour in the worlds opinion.

The Mafia was harassed by the federal government for taking protection money from every business in a given sector or district. They have now been replaced by the ruling body, no wonder they went so hard after the crooks, they were stealing from the governments purse, and they used intimidation and threats with menaces to extort their money from the public.

Well the tactics that worked for the crooks have been replaced by the legal system for demanding money with menaces. The faces may have changed and the tactics are not to kill potential future contributions, but to incarcerate and asset strip them and place them into a slave labour situation, after all its all gains right.

The need to control every thing and take a piece of everything in a democracy would have to reflect the consensus of opinion and we would have to acknowledge the right of people to abstain from the process if it is indeed a fair system otherwise ……..

We did get rid of a dynastic royal dictatorial rule in favour of a system of elected representatives, the idea goes of the mark when it does not reflect the majority view and never will until a box is added to the ballot paper that states none of the above and we all vote with our feet. The largest landslide in history would ensue and that is why it will never happen.

They say that you cannot keep a good man down, and that the mark of the calibre of the man is in how he responds in hardship and not in the good times, its after all easy to be generous when the winds are favourable.

They say that the true mark of an outstanding character is after having taken a kicking he will rally and turn the tide against the foe, and will temper his actions from his own experience of defeat. The beast will simply get up and crush his enemies.

Hard To Swallow

Legally allowed to take alcohol at the age of five, can’t tie their own shoe laces and need to be dressed and yet they can drink alcohol at five, but they can’t legally purchase the odious liquid, without an adults intervention or at least their facilitating the event. Is that conspiring to corrupt a minor. Is the law an ass.

The last mobile party on the tube went out with a series of confrontations. It has always taken two to make an incident. So we should take into account the presence as an instigating force in the event. Some jobs worth getting all outraged or feeling the need to control the situation, usually escalates the situation, especially when one side of the incident is operating below par or at reduced capacity, and the fear and need for control is going to be enforced has all the hallmarks of a tinderbox just waiting for a spark.

We will never know if public protests and congregations will ever be peaceful as there is always a very tooled up controlling presence edging the congregation, or it will try to herd the procession. The thin blue line had a public protest and there were no busy bodies harassing them and they managed to behave like regular people.

Yet in other circumstances where people lay down on the road they are dragged of and the police earn a pay, they could just do traffic management and divert traffic away from the protest till the cold and hunger and needs drive the idiots home, without any overcrowding of the legal system.

Policing of football hooligans we can all understand and we would call them stupid if the didn’t have battalions of tooled up mufti waiting in the wings until needed. But do we still need high police presences where it’s sober sensible adults just wanting to make there point, and feeling the need to make a protest about their grievances. Without the heavy handed and often intimidating herding tactics of our public servants. Generating business and keeping the belief alive that we need to be led and controlled. Are we really all closet masochists and have hired empowered our own abusers to harass us.

Drink is a national social element, if all of the pubs, clubs and nightclubs as well as off licences all stopped and disappeared from the face of the planet, people would start to brew their own, the home brew market should swell again as the cheep deals start to disappear.

The police just wouldn’t have the overtime if alcohol was taken out of the equation, hospitals wouldn’t have the problems that it does especially at weekends. The legal system has been overburdened by the actions of habitual and compulsive drinkers that, whole families have felt the ravages from alcohol for decades.

What is it that makes impressionable youths drink, they all would rather sneak into a dance hall, it’s the perceived adult need for alcohol for a good time that influences them, they don’t know how to socialise (it still isn’t taught) so they, just like their inept superiors in clubs, will drink to excess as they have never been taught to have a drink and have something non alcoholic when it starts to take effect and to slow it down, and then to allow yourself to come down. So lacking the education in the effects of drink, and lacking or being inept at the social skills the alternative is just simply there at hand, and they can help themselves. With no learned temperance and without the knowledge of the effects of excessive alcohol, the feeling of inadequacy will prompt the flight response and the way this manifests usually is in a drunken scene or a brutal confrontation with the object of their inadequacy.

Jails are full of these unchecked disabling OCD’s. Families have been crushed and broken and driven into debt by one disruptive personality with a drink compulsion. The problem is compounded in families that all focus on the drink and the social element of the party, or gathering lifestyle. Will be all to aware of the series of devastations that stem from a world dominated by a single obsessive imperative.
